EU right of withdrawal
MaltaReady delivers digital content immediately. At checkout you give explicit consent to immediate access and acknowledge that this waives the EU 14-day right of withdrawal, as permitted by the Consumer Rights Directive.
Our own promise
Despite the waiver: if you purchased and the product genuinely doesn't work for you — technical failure we can't fix, or you used fewer than three scored answers — email us within 14 days and we will refund you in full. We would rather refund than argue.
Hannah Live Coaching
If MaltaReady cannot provide the purchased live session, you may request a refund of the difference between Hannah Live Coaching and Full Practice. The included follow-up voice review remains covered by our 48-hour delivery promise after submission.
How to request
Email k.gatt@gaix.com.mt (or WhatsApp +356 77540740) from your account email with your receipt. Refunds return to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
